 We accept all major credit cards, and exact cash.

 Payment is due at time of service for each trip. There will be a 5% charge of the invoice amount on any outstanding unpaid invoices over 15 days. If parts are needed to continue repairs, the parts are to be prepaid on the first trip, including shipping fees if known. If return trip(s) are needed to complete repairs, each trip is to be paid at time of service. 

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, there is a 4% processing fee.

 We require a 3-day notice of cancellation.
To cancel a reservation, please call, text or email by 5pm three days before your scheduled appointment at (570) 228-8004 or wittensrv@gmail.com
- Cancel 3 days before appointment, by 5pm, no cancellation fee
- Cancel 2 days before appointment, fee is 50% of appointment estimate or invoice
- Cancel less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, fee is 90% of appointment estimate or invoice

 We will submit estimates and supporting photos to Insurance providers. Our estimate includes the diagnostic trip and any temporary repairs that were made. Typically, the only out of pocket expense to the RV owner is the deductible and any depreciation calculated by the insurance provider. The diagnostic trip must be paid before the estimate process begins.    

Once the claim is approved by the insurance provider, the RV owner is to pay the deductible, all parts, and half of the labor in advance. The balance will be billed upon completion and a final invoice will be provided. If unexpected issues are discovered after the job is started, the insurance company will be contacted and a supplement will be submitted. If the provider denies the supplement, the RV owner is responsible to pay for the additional charges. 

  Yes, we’re a mobile repair service! We’ll come to your RV, whether it’s at a campground, storage facility, or your home, to make repairs convenient for you. 

 We repair all types of RVs, including travel trailers, motorhomes, fifth wheels, and campers. If you’re unsure, give us a call at 570-228-8004 to confirm. 

 Yes! We provide comprehensive maintenance services, including plumbing checks, electrical inspections, and appliance tune-ups, to keep your RV in top shape. 

  Yes! If our work doesn’t fix the issue or if the same issue arises again within 30 days, we will come back out at no charge. 

 Absolutely! We can install any parts you have purchased yourself, ones covered under warranty, as well as the parts we offer. If you have everything needed to fix your RV, just let us know the parts you have and we'll be happy to use them, provided they are the right ones for the job.

  Wittens RV Solutions does not offer any engine, oil, or motorized chassis repair such as tires, brakes, etc. on RV’s that are motorized such as A Class / B Class / C Class. We do offer generator regular maintenance service.
